Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining data, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The candidate will play a key role in lead management, follow-ups, and improving customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CRM database with accurate and updated customer information
- Handle incoming leads and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead conversion and campaign execution
- Track customer interactions and maintain proper records of communication
- Address customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and gather feedback
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports
- Assist in planning and executing customer engagement activities
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of CRM software (like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.)
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer lifecycle
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM / Customer Handling / Sales Support
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in / Retail / Jewellery industry is an advantage
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude
