Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The candidate will be responsible for on-site execution, labor management, quality control, and coordination with designers, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior projects (residential/commercial).
- Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, and contractors.
- Manage carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site workers.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain quality standards and conduct regular inspections.
- Handle material planning, site inventory, and stock control.
- Ensure safety standards and compliance at site.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical concerns to management.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in interior site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials (plywood, laminates, hardware, fittings, etc.).
- Ability to read technical drawings and layouts.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
