Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ERP Executive to manage ERP implementation, user support, system configuration, training, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ERP implementation, FMCG operations, Sales & Distribution, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in ERP implementation, deployment, testing, and go-live activities.
- Analyze business requirements and coordinate with stakeholders for ERP customization and enhancements.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Provide day-to-day ERP functional and technical support to users.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Business Process Management
- Understand and document business processes related to Sales, Distribution, Inventory, Procurement, Production, and Finance.
- Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations through ERP.
- Monitor data accuracy and ensure compliance with company processes.
User Training & Documentation
- Conduct ERP training sessions for end users.
- Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training documents.
- Support users during implementation and post-go-live phases.
Reporting & Data Management
- Generate and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and customized reports.
- Support management with business analysis and operational reports.
- Monitor data integrity and perform regular system audits.
System Administration
- Manage user access, permissions, and security controls.
- Coordinate database backup and recovery activities.
- Work closely with software vendors and implementation partners for issue resolution.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support Warehouse Management System (WMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA), and Distributor Management Systems (DMS).
- Coordinate with branches, distributors, warehouses, and corporate teams for ERP-related requirements.
- Assist in IT infrastructure and application support activities whenever required.

Qualification
- MCA / BCA / B.Sc. Computer Science / B.Tech (IT/CS) or equivalent.
- Relevant ERP certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in ERP Implementation, ERP Support, or Business Applications.
- Experience in FMCG industry preferred.
- Exposure to Focus ERP, WMS, SFA, DMS, or similar ERP platforms is desirable.
