- Prepare and oversee authentic South Indian or Pan Asian dishes with consistency and quality
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate smooth service operations
- Monitor stock levels, food costing, and wastage control
- Ensure timely preparation and presentation of dishes
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required
- Maintain discipline and professionalism within the kitchen team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP in South Indian or Pan Asian cuisine
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy restaurant environment
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Passion for quality food and creativity in presentation
