Experience Required:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in air ticketing and travel industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling domestic and international flight bookings
- Knowledge of GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
- Issuing, reissuing, and cancelling flight tickets
- Managing fare calculations and travel itineraries
- Assisting clients with ticketing queries and travel schedules
- Coordinating with airlines and travel partners
- Providing excellent customer service through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Required Skills:
- Good communication and customer dealing skills
- Strong knowledge of airline fare rules and ticketing procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings
- Basic computer and email handling knowledge
- Attention to detail and accuracy in bookings
Preference:
- Candidates with travel agency experience will be preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Knowledge of international routing and visa-related travel requirements is a plus
