Job Summary
The Sr. Developer role focuses on delivering high-quality solutions using Reltio Integration Hub and Reltio MDM within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. The candidate will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement scalable solutions that drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement scalable solutions using Reltio Integration Hub and Reltio MDM to meet business requirements in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
Design and optimize data models and workflows to enhance data quality and streamline processes.
Provide technical expertise in integrating Reltio MDM with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance identifying and resolving issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system designs configurations and processes to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts QA teams and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide training and support to end-users and team members to enhance their understanding and utilization of Reltio solutions.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Reltio technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data governance policies within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
Participate in Agile ceremonies contributing to sprint planning retrospectives and daily stand-ups to ensure effective team collaboration.
Support hybrid work model requirements by effectively managing tasks both remotely and on-site as needed.
Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in Reltio Integration Hub and Reltio MDM with hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Life and Annuities Insurance domain including its processes regulations and data requirements.
Exhibit proficiency in data modeling workflow optimization and system integration techniques.
Showcase excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
Have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
Possess a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 12 years of relevant experience in software development and integration.
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a hybrid work environment.
Exhibit a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies and industry best practices.
