Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies focused on music licensing awareness, brand positioning, and lead generation.
- Strengthen Novex’s brand identity across digital and offline channels while ensuring consistency in messaging and visual standards.
- Support management in planning annual and campaign-level marketing roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Manage and grow Novex’s presence across social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Collaborate closely with the graphic design team to conceptualize, create, and schedule high-quality creatives, videos, and campaign assets.
- Execute and manage digital advertising campaigns across social media, email marketing, and promotional initiatives.
- Oversee website updates, catalogue additions, label information, and content accuracy to ensure a strong and compliant digital presence.
Analytics, Reporting & Market Research
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Optimize campaigns, creatives, and targeting based on performance insights and ROI analysis.
- Conduct regular market research to assess industry trends, audience behavior, brand awareness, and competitor activities.
Crss-Functional Collaboration & Management
- Work closely with sales, business development, and design teams to support lead generation and campaign execution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely flow of information and alignment across departments.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, media partners, and agencies to ensure quality delivery and cost efficiency.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all marketing communications adhere to Novex’s values, legal standards, and compliance requirements related to copyright, music licensing, and anti-piracy.
- Support management in maintaining ethical and accurate representation of Novex’s services and partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- 1–3 years of experience in integrated digital marketing and campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with social media marketing, video content, email campaigns, and website coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with practical knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Mailchimp.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Proven ability to manage vendors and collaborate across teams.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving digital trends.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
