Job Position – Admission Executive – Lead Generation & Walk-In Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, high-energy Admissions Executive (Walk-In Specialist) whose sole mission is to fill our center with prospective students. career seminar.
Key Responsibilities
1. High-Volume Telecalling & Hooking Interest
Conduct heavy outbound calling campaigns daily (100+ calls) targeting databases of high school graduates, college students, and creative hobbyists.
Deliver pitch-perfect, exciting scripts about the booming career opportunities in Animation, VFX, and Gaming.
2. Appointment Scheduling & Driving Walk-Ins
Convert cold/warm database leads, digital marketing inquiries, and social media leads into confirmed face-to-face appointments.
Maintain a rigorous daily follow-up pipeline via calls and WhatsApp to minimize "no-show" rates for scheduled visits.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for Gross Walk-Ins (GWIs) and booked appointments.
3. Field Activation & Database Building
Visit local schools, colleges, coaching centers, and youth hubs to conduct quick data-collection drives or distribute promotional flyers.
Coordinate and assist in organizing free introductory seminars or gaming/sketching competitions at institutional partners to gather fresh, high-intent student leads.
Actively network and pitch the creative benefits of our courses at local educational events and career fairs.
4. CRM & Pipeline Tracking
Log all call outcomes, appointment dates, and visit statuses accurately in the CRM tool.
Map and analyze the primary reasons for non-attendance to continuously refine the calling pitch and objection-handling strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary passed with a strong drive for field sales/telesales.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development (B2C), Telesales, or Field Marketing. Experience in generating walk-ins for EdTech, vocational training institutes, gym memberships, or test-prep centers is highly valued.
Core Skills:
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. Fluency in the local regional language and Hindi/English is crucial to building quick rapport.
