A Security Operations Manager for a manpower provider oversees the end-to-day deployment of security personnel and guarantee seamless communication between security staff and client sites.
Manpower Planning & Deployment
- Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and training of security guards and field supervisors.
- Create duty rosters and manage shift coverage across multiple client locations.
- Arrange immediate replacements for absenteeism or emergencies to ensure zero gaps in security.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client facility managers to discuss site-specific security needs.
- Conduct regular site visits to audit the performance, uniform standards, and discipline of deployed guards.
- Address client grievances promptly and handle service contract renewals.
Minimum 2 years to 4 years Experience in the security operation field (only eligiable for this job) other experience candidate not eligible for this job.
Salary - 40,000 to 60,000 per month
