JOB LOCATION: Primary Sales Office: Chinchwad, PCMC,
WORKING DAYS & TIMINGS
1. Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
2. Weekly Off: Monday
3. Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Additional hours may be required during:
- Client site visits
- Project launches
- Sales events
- Exhibitions
- Weekend campaigns
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Mandatory: Graduate in any discipline
Preferred: MBA (Marketing, Sales, Real Estate Management)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Real Estate Sales Officer
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in Real Estate Sales
- Experience in Residential and Commercial Property Sales
- Proven track record in lead conversion and customer acquisition
JOB SUMMARY
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and converting qualified leads generated through various marketing channels including along with generate leads from own personal network:
The candidate will be expected to manage the entire sales cycle from initial lead contact through deal closure and post-sale customer relationship management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Management
- Promptly respond to incoming leads, Conduct telephonic consultations
- Qualify prospects based on requirements and budgets
- Schedule meetings and site visits & Maintain lead tracking systems
Property Sales
- Understand customer requirements & Present suitable property options
- Conduct project presentations including pricing and payment plans
- Assist in booking and closure process
Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term customer relationships by Addressing customer concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams to Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Site Visits & Demonstrations
- Organize and conduct site visits
- Explain project features and benefits
- Coordinate transportation if required
- Manage customer experience during visits
Revenue Generation
- Meet booking and revenue goals by achieving monthly sales targets
- Increase customer referrals and Maximize conversion rates
Sales Administration
- Maintain CRM updates, Prepare sales reports
- Track pipeline progress & Coordinate documentation
