1. Sales Counselor (Academic)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in inquiries and provide face-to-face counseling to students and parents.
- Understand student requirements and recommend the best-suited Unacademy courses (8th to 10th CBSE/State Board, Foundation, etc.).
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain relationships with students and parents to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any stream.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales/counseling (Ed-Tech or Coaching industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills (Fluency in Hindi and English; local language proficiency is a plus).
2. Telecaller (Education Sales)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents from the provided lead database.
- Explain course details clearly and invite interested candidates for center visits/seminars.
- Follow up with hot leads consistently to assist the sales team in closing admissions.
- Maintain daily call logs and update the lead status in Google Sheets/CRM.
Requirements:
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or BPO experience.
- Clear voice, confident communication, and good listening skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a polite phone etiquette.
3. Admin Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and ensure the center runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
- Handle fee collection, receipt generation, and basic account keeping.
- Address student and parent grievances professionally.
- Coordinate with the central management team and teaching staff for daily scheduling and operational tasks.
- Manage office supplies, attendance records, and center maintenance.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any stream.
- 1-2 years of administrative or front-desk experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets).
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving attitude.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
