Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Head to lead and optimise business operations, drive process improvements, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure operational excellence while supporting the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficient execution.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Monitor budgets, productivity, quality, and operational performance.
- Drive process improvements, cost optimisation, and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve business goals and deliver operational reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of operations experience.
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in process improvement, budgeting, KPI management, and team leadership.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
