Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced New Product Development (NPD) Incharge to lead product development activities from concept to production. The candidate should have strong project management, customer coordination, and product development experience in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end new product development projects.
- Coordinate with customers, design, production, quality, and tooling teams.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimation, and process planning.
- Manage prototype development, testing, validation, and product launch activities.
- Ensure adherence to customer requirements, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintain NPD documentation and development records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in New Product Development.
- Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Automotive, Foundry, Casting, Engineering Components, or Manufacturing Industry.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
