Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and supporting business growth for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for IT services (web, mobile, software, digital solutions)
- Identify and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support in closing deals and achieving sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Business Development / Sales (IT industry preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of IT services and sales process
- Ability to generate leads and handle client communication
- Self-motivated and growth-oriented mindset
