Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students
Provide accurate information about our courses and programs
Address student inquiries and provide guidance on the enrollment process
Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude while handling calls
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of telecalling or customer service experience
Strong communication skills in Tamil and English
Ability to work in a relaxed, non-target-driven environment
