Job Title: Associate – CSR Partnerships & Fundraising

Position Summary
This role will support the organization's fundraising, partnerships, research, documentation, and program development efforts. The role requires strong analytical skills, proposal-writing capabilities, and the ability to translate data and field insights into compelling presentations and reports. The ideal candidate should possess a genuine passion for social impact and animal welfare, coupled with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Research
· Conduct research on CSR opportunities, foundations, trusts, and institutional donors.
· Analyze programmatic and impact data to generate insights and support decision-making.
· Develop donor mapping and prospecting databases.
· Monitor sector trends, funding opportunities, and policy developments relevant to animal welfare and social development.
Proposal Writing & Resource Mobilization
· Assist in drafting high-quality concept notes, grant proposals, funding applications, and donor communications.
· Coordinate with program teams to gather information required for proposal development.
· Support fundraising and partnership-building initiatives through research and documentation.
Documentation & Reporting
· Prepare project reports, impact reports, case studies, and success stories.
· Maintain organized records of donor communications, proposals, reports, and organizational documents.
· Ensure timely compilation and submission of reports to stakeholders and funding partners.
Presentation Development
· Create professional presentations, pitch decks, donor briefs, and organizational profiles.
· Support leadership in preparing presentations for meetings, conferences, and partner engagements.
· Present research findings and analytical insights in a structured and visually appealing manner.
Project Coordination & Operations Support
· Work closely with multiple project teams to ensure smooth day-to-day coordination, information flow, and timely execution of activities.
· Collect, compile, and validate programmatic data, impact metrics, and field updates from various teams.
· Facilitate inter-departmental coordination for proposal development, donor reporting, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
· Track project milestones, deliverables, and reporting timelines to ensure compliance with donor and organizational requirements.
· Undertake any other responsibilities aligned with organizational growth and impact objectives.
Partnership Development & Stakeholder Engagement
· Conduct research and mapping of prospective CSR donors, corporate partners, foundations, trusts, and philanthropic institutions.
· Support CSR lead generation and prospect identification activities to expand the organization's partnership pipeline.
· Coordinate and follow up with existing and prospective partners regarding proposals, meetings, documentation, reporting requirements, and engagement opportunities.
· Maintain and regularly update partner databases, interaction records, and partnership trackers.
Desired Qualifications
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work will be preferred but not limited.
· 1–3 years of relevant experience in the social development sector.
· Experience in proposal writing, reporting, research, or fundraising will be preferred.
