Job Summary
We are looking for a Zoho Developer who has hands-on experience working with Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Inventory. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and maintaining Zoho applications as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Inventory.
- Create and maintain workflows, custom functions, automation, reports, and dashboards.
- Work with Deluge scripting for customization and automation.
- Integrate Zoho applications with other internal and third-party systems.
- Manage data flow and synchronization between Zoho CRM, Books, and Inventory.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into Zoho-based solutions.
- Configure modules, fields, layouts, workflows, approval processes, and user permissions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing Zoho applications and automations.
- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and other teams to understand their requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, system security, and smooth functioning of Zoho applications.
- Prepare basic technical documentation for customizations and integrations.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM.
- Good working knowledge of Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.
- Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting.
- Experience with Zoho APIs and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of CRM, sales, inventory, invoicing, and accounting processes.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks will be an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and provide practical technical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Zoho Developer / Zoho CRM certifications will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in implementing or customizing Zoho applications for businesses is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
