Hiring: Sales Manager – Real Estate
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 5+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing real estate team. Candidates with a strong sales background in Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and convert leads into successful closures.
- Build relationships with HNI and investor clients.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Track sales performance and maintain CRM records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- Prior experience in Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
