Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled MIS & Automation Executive to develop, maintain, and automate business systems across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for creating smart data management solutions, dashboards, workflows, and digital tools that improve operational efficiency and support the company's ERP development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain business systems using Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Apps Script.
Create and automate MIS, IMS, PMS, FMS, reports, dashboards, and workflow systems.
Develop dynamic dashboards for management and operational teams.
Build automated reporting systems and data validation processes.
Analyze business requirements and convert manual processes into digital solutions.
Support ERP development and business process automation projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues and user requirements.
Manage databases, data accuracy, and reporting structures.
Coordinate with departments to improve data visibility and process efficiency.
Maintain and support company IT assets and related systems.
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script, automation, and workflow creation.
Proficiency in Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Query Functions, Lookups, Macros, and Data Analysis.
Experience in creating dashboards, MIS reports, and business analytics tools.
Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Fast learner with the ability to understand business processes and develop practical solutions.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / BCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) / MCA or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in MIS, Automation, Data Management, or Business Systems Development.
Experience in manufacturing industry will be preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
