Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Engineer to oversee the execution of our high-rise residential construction project. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, site execution expertise, leadership qualities, and the ability to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, IS Codes, technical specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, structural consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor construction quality and enforce all safety regulations.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation.
- Inspect construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment requirements.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and local building by-laws.
- Carry out site measurements, contractor billing verification, and progress monitoring.
- Support the project management team in achieving construction milestones within the planned timeline.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of mandatory experience in high-rise building construction.
- Sound knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, and modern construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project documentation.
- Good understanding of construction quality control, safety standards, and site management.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
