About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales growth by connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a strong focus on achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads provided by the company.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team and provide regular updates on lead status.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
