Key Responsibilities:
- Be the Voice of the Client: Act as the main point of contact, ensuring communication is smooth, strategic, and impactful.
- Lead and Manage Accounts: Take charge of client accounts, overseeing campaigns from start to finish and making sure everything is delivered on time and on point.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Become a trusted advisor to your clients, understanding their goals and helping them achieve success through innovative advertising strategies.
- Collaborate & Create: Work closely with creative, media, and strategy teams to bring bold ideas to life.
- Problem-Solving Pro: Tackle any client challenges head-on, always ensuring a top-tier experience.
- Think Big: Provide clients with valuable insights, strategic advice, and ideas that push the boundaries of what’s possible.
What We’re Looking For:
- Agency Experience is a Must! You should have 3+ years of client servicing experience in an advertising agency environment.
- A Postgraduate degree or MBA.
- Amazing communication skills both written and verbal that keep clients excited and informed.
- A natural problem solver who can manage multiple accounts and juggle priorities without breaking a sweat.
- A proactive mindset that seeks out new opportunities to improve client relationships and elevate their advertising campaigns.
- Bonus points if you're familiar with project management tools and industry-standard software!
