Job Description
Kesar Lands is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Incharge for our construction site located at Kamptee, Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have approximately 5+ years of experience in construction site store management and be capable of handling site inventory operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete site inventory and store operations.
- Handle material inward and outward entries accurately.
- Maintain and monitor stock records and material availability.
- Ensure proper inventory tracking and stock reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain real-time reports for site materials and stock movements.
- Maintain proper documentation and coordinate with site engineers and management.
- Monitor material consumption and avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials.
- Maintain accurate records using MS Excel and reporting systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in store handling within the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of site inventory management.
- Strong understanding of material inward/outward processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (report preparation, stock tracking, data management).
- Good record-keeping and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidate should be ready to travel within site locations whenever required.
- Flexibility to extend working hours occasionally based on project requirements Strong sense of responsibility, coordination, and time management.
