Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Modeler with at least 3 years of experience in BIM modeling for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. The candidate should be proficient in Autodesk Revit and have experience developing and coordinating MEP models up to LOD 400 and LOD 500.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain MEP BIM models using Revit.
- Develop models up to LOD 400 for fabrication and installation.
- Update and deliver LOD 500 as-built models.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Prepare shop drawings and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams.
- Ensure models meet project BIM standards and client requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in MEP BIM modeling.
- Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks.
- Experience with LOD 400 and LOD 500 modeling.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
