Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Handle end-to-end HR operations , including employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other applicable labor regulations.
- Administer HRMS and PMS tools, including employee data management, performance appraisal cycles, goal setting, and learning & development initiatives.
- Generate HR reports and dashboards using advanced Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, and Macros) for data analysis and decision-making.
- Plan and execute employer branding, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
- Support HR policy implementation, audits, documentation, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive HR initiatives and maintain a positive employee experience.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills while interacting with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
