Digital Marketing Manager – Lead Generation & Admissions | VSPL
We are looking for a highly driven Digital Marketing Manager who can lead end-to-end lead generation, ATL-BTL execution, and admissions funnel tracking, ensuring achievement of revenue targets through admissions and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation across digital platforms (Google, Meta, SEO, etc.)
- Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing campaigns for admissions and expansion
- Manage complete lead funnel from generation to conversion
- Track and optimize campaigns based on CPL, ROI, and conversion ratios
- Coordinate with admission teams to ensure lead closure
- Build dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly performance tracking
- Support expansion through lead generation for new projects and locations
Candidate Profile:
- 5–10 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation
- Strong expertise in performance marketing and campaign management
- Experience in education sector preferred
- Ability to directly link marketing performance with admissions and revenue
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and tracking capabilities
Location: Baner (Head Office), Pune
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
