- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software components.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software solutions to enhance performance and usability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing code for high-performance applications within SAP HANA environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP ABAP and HANA integration.
- Familiarity with database concepts and data modeling specific to SAP HANA.
- Skilled in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code to support long-term maintenance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
