We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for our Tiles, Sanitaryware, and Window product range.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, developers, and dealers.
- Conduct product presentations and client meetings to promote company offerings.
- Generate inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and business development updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–8years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience in Tiles, Sanitaryware, Windows, Building Materials, Construction Products, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel for client meetings.
Preferred Candidate
- Strong network among builders, architects, contractors, and dealers.
- Experience in B2C sales and project sales.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented professional.
