- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Maintain documentation related to application design, development, and deployment processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java, Java Enterprise Edition, Unix Shell Scripting.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, Unix Shell Scripting.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable applications using Java technologies.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and version control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in diverse environments.
