Job Summary:
Prelect Networks is seeking a skilled and motivated US IT Recruiter with strong experience in W2 hiring. The
ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US recruitment process, sourcing strategies, and
compliance requirements for W2 candidates. This is a remote opportunity for professionals who excel in
fast-paced hiring environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements with a focus on W2 hiring
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients for requirement understanding
Manage candidate pipeline and maintain strong relationships
Ensure compliance with W2 hiring regulations and documentation
Negotiate compensation and facilitate onboarding process
Maintain ATS and recruitment reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in US IT recruitment
Strong experience in W2 hiring (must-have)
Familiarity with US work authorization types (US Citizen, GC, H1B, etc.)
Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)
Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners
Knowledge of tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Strong negotiation skills
