The Service Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the automobile service department, ensuring high customer satisfaction, workshop productivity, revenue achievement, and effective manpower management. The role includes supervising service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff, monitoring service quality, handling customer escalations, achieving business targets, and ensuring compliance with company standards and processes. The Service Manager is also responsible for improving workshop efficiency, maintaining service turnaround time, monitoring spare parts coordination, implementing training and development initiatives for the service team, and ensuring a safe and disciplined working environment within the workshop. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of automobiles, leadership skills, customer handling ability, and experience in dealership service operations.
