Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for all types of repair and maintenance activities for the office premises and mall.
- Supervise the overall housekeeping and maintenance operations of the office premises and mall.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules and reports.
- Conduct daily inspections of the mall to identify maintenance issues such as leakages, cracks, faulty electrical switches, paint deterioration, and other defects, and assign work to the maintenance team accordingly.
- Supervise the maintenance team and ensure that all maintenance work is completed to the required quality standards.
- Responsible for the maintenance of HVAC and Fire Fighting Systems and Equipment.
- Ensure timely repair and maintenance of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, Civil, and other building services.
- Manage the Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and ensure timely servicing of all equipment and utilities.
- Handle vendor management, including vendor selection, negotiation, and performance evaluation as per company guidelines.
- Ensure housekeeping and security staff perform their duties efficiently and maintain the required service standards.
- Be responsible for the overall upkeep and maintenance of the office premises and mall.
- Coordinate the purchase of furniture, fixtures, and maintenance-related materials as required.
- Ensure all maintenance-related invoices are verified, processed, and submitted for payment through the ERP system.
- Carry out any other responsibilities or assignments as directed by the Department Head and Directors.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Facility Management, Maintenance, or Commercial Property Management.
- Experience in Real Estate, Commercial Buildings, Shopping Malls, Corporate Offices, or Facility Management companies will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting Systems, Plumbing, Civil Maintenance, and Building Services.
- Good understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Experience in Vendor Management and AMC administration.
- Knowledge of safety standards, statutory compliance, and facility management best practices.
- Good communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, ERP systems, and report preparation.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
