We are looking for a creative Photographer/Videographer & Editor who can visually tell stories, not just shoot photos or videos. The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye, understands composition, lighting, and emotions, and can independently handle shooting + editing for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media, websites, campaigns, and brand promotions
- Create short-form video stories (Reels, Shorts, Stories) with strong narrative flow
- Editing the shot content to curate some good social media content.
- Plan and execute shoots based on briefs, themes, or concepts
- Edit photos and videos for various platforms while maintaining brand consistency
- Collaborate with marketing/content teams to translate ideas into visuals
- Handle basic shoot planning – angles, lighting, framing, and mood
- Stay updated with trends in reels, transitions, storytelling formats, and editing styles
- Organize and manage raw footage, edited files, and archives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Photography & Videography
- Good sense of visual storytelling and aesthetics
- Proficiency in editing tools such as: Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro/ After Effects (basic motion graphics is a plus)/ Lightroom / Photoshop/ Da Vinci / CapCut etc.
- Understanding of social media content formats (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
- Basic knowledge of camera equipment, lenses, and basic audio recording
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualities:
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail
- Passion for storytelling through visuals
- Ability to adapt style as per brand requirement
- Experience in shooting for brands, schools, events, or digital campaigns is a plus
