We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to handle architectural design, 3D visualization, working drawings, and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills and proficiency in industry-standard architectural software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, working drawings, and detailed designs.
- Prepare 2D/3D models, presentations, and realistic visualizations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Review drawings and ensure proper execution as per design.
- Support material selection, BOQ, and project documentation.
Technical Skills
- AutoCAD – 2D Drafting & Working Drawings
- Revit – BIM & 3D Modelling
- SketchUp – 3D Modelling
- Lumion – 3D Visualization & Rendering
- V-Ray – Photorealistic Rendering
- Photoshop / Illustrator – Presentation & Post-Production
- Basic knowledge of BOQ, working drawings, and architectural detailing
Requirements
- B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or relevant qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, space planning, and construction drawings.
- Good communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Vadodara are preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
