Our flagship innovation, PEN Foundation (Pre-Engineered Nail Foundation), is a nature inspired foundation technology designed to reduce excavation, construction time, concrete consumption, water usage, and environmental impact while improving construction efficiency.
We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Strategic Business Development Associate to help accelerate market adoption, build industry relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Meet architects, structural consultants, developers, institutions, contractors, and resort owners
- Conduct introductory meetings, presentations, and product discussions
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and potential opportunities
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates
- Coordinate site visits and technical discussions
- Build long term professional relationships within the construction industry
- Support marketing, partnerships, and business growth initiatives
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and growth oriented mindset
- Comfortable meeting new people and building relationships
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts
- Passion for innovation, sustainability, and business development
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Client Relations, or Partnerships
- Background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Infrastructure, Real Estate, or Industrial Sales is an advantage
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong learning attitude are encouraged to apply
