Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support the expansion of STEM Learning’s educational initiatives in and around Tirupati. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with schools, corporate CSR teams, NGOs, and government stakeholders, and contributing to the organization's growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education, CSR, NGO, and government sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, corporates, NGOs, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and project opportunities.
- Generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Present STEM Learning’s solutions, products, and programs to prospective clients and partners.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and stakeholder engagements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, reports, and business presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Track business development activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems and MIS reports.
- Represent STEM Learning at educational events, conferences, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Achieve assigned business development targets and contribute to organizational growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Relationship Management, or Educational Sales.
- Experience working with schools, educational institutions, CSR projects, NGOs, or government programs will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Fluency in English and Telugu is preferred.
