We are looking for a Digital Marketing professional who excels at lead generation, funnel optimization, campaign execution, and team leadership to drive revenue and business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize end-to-end webinar funnels (Zoom-based) to drive conversions and user engagement.
- Lead digital marketing strategy, campaign planning, and high-impact communication (including copywriting) across channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Drive data-led marketing through customer segmentation, performance tracking, and actionable reporting.
- Oversee marketing automation tools, systems, and landing page optimization for scalability and efficiency.
- Manage and mentor the DM team, ensuring execution excellence, KPI achievement, and cross-functional alignment.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2 years+ of experience in digital marketing
- Proficiency in market research and marketing communication
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and AI
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Experience in executing marketing campaigns and data-driven decision-making
