- Handle inbound client enquiries received through calls, emails, website, social media, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements, budgets, timelines, branding guidelines, and gifting objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable gifting concepts and solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product recommendations with clients.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and clients to drive conversions and close opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the enquiry and proposal stage.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, leads, follow-ups, and project status.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for leads, enquiries, conversions, and ongoing opportunities.
- Ensure timely responses to client queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Work closely with sourcing, operations, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Take ownership of converting enquiries into qualified leads and business opportunities.
