Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning and execution.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
Manage end-to-end B2B SaaS sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Acquire new customers and grow existing enterprise accounts.
Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, KPIs, and CRM data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
Identify market opportunities and represent the company at industry events.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5–10 years of experience in SaaS/Software/Enterprise Sales.
Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and leading sales teams.
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales and customer lifecycle management.
