We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with potential and existing clients, and supporting sales and service processes through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records by updating databases and CRM systems.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on prospects.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional communication.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English language.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Good listening skills and patience in handling customer concerns.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation is an advantage.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
