The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to maintain excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM system
- Coordinate with sales and service departments for customer support
- Conduct follow-up calls for feedback, appointments, and service reminders
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Address customer complaints professionally and escalate when required
- Support customer engagement activities and campaigns
Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency
- Prior experience in customer service/telecalling preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
