Role Overview
As a Malayalam Sales Calling Specialist, you will connect with warm leads—individuals who have already shown interest in BeastDrive—and guide them towards completing their registration.
This role is about building excitement, understanding customer intent, and converting interest into action.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound and warm leads who have requested a callback
- Communicate effectively in Malayalam to explain BeastDrive events and offerings
- Guide customers through event details, pricing, and registration process
- Build strong rapport and deliver a premium customer experience
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed participants
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Work with the team to improve conversion rates and sales performance
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence in speaking with new people over calls
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, CRM tools)
Bonus Points
- Experience in telecalling / sales / customer support
- Interest in fitness, sports, or adventure events
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
