Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / Lead DevOps Engineer to design, manage, and optimize enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure and scalable distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters and microservices environments
- Manage Apache Kafka clusters for real-time data systems
- Optimize MongoDB Atlas performance, scalability, and reliability
- Implement cloud infrastructure, auto-scaling, load balancing, and monitoring solutions
- Drive Infrastructure as Code and automation practices
- Ensure security, backup, disaster recovery, and production stability
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering experience
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Kafka, CI/CD, MongoDB Atlas
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms
- Strong Linux, Shell/Python scripting skills
- Experience with microservices architecture and large-scale production systems
Preferred Skills:
- Terraform, Helm, Ansible
- Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
- DevSecOps practices
- Experience handling high-traffic distributed systems
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
