We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Senior Telesales Executive to drive sales and revenue growth through effective customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings/sales.
Explain products/services and offer suitable solutions to customers.
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–5 years of telesales, telemarketing, or sales experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong target-achievement and closing abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
