Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to business growth. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, etc.)
● Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients ● Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
● Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
● Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Required
Skills:
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong negotiation and convincing ability
● Good understanding of sales and business development
● Familiarity with LinkedIn or other lead generation platforms (preferred)
● Self-motivated and target-oriented
Eligibility Criteria:
● Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Marketing/HR is a plus)
● Freshers can apply ● 6 months to 1+ year experience in sales/BD is preferred
