Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. The position demands proactive management of project timelines and resources, along with continuous monitoring and troubleshooting to maintain optimal application performance. The Application Lead also facilitates communication across departments to align technical solutions with business objectives, ensuring that project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate existing applications and recommend improvements to enhance performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and infrastructure design principles.
- Experience with application lifecycle management and deployment strategies in cloud environments.
- Ability to design scalable and secure cloud-based solutions tailored to organizational needs.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline cloud infrastructure management.
- Understanding of networking, storage, and security components within cloud platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
