Job Summary
BeastDrive is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Agent to connect with potential customers, explain our services, and generate sales through phone calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Explain BeastDrive's products and services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Address customer queries and concerns effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
