We're looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to become one of our founding team members and help build a premium child development centre from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments
- Develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions
- Counsel and educate parents
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with schools and healthcare professionals as needed
- Contribute to developing therapy resources and programs
As a founding pathologist at VALARA, we strongly prioritize attitude over experience. Ideal therapist needs to be empathetic, organized, and eager to learn.
Qualifications
Required
- BASLP from a recognized institution
- Valid RCI registration (or eligibility, depending on local requirements)
Preferred
- MASLP
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
