What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively prospecting and calling businesses to generate new opportunities.
- Speaking with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Building rapport and understanding client requirements.
- Presenting and selling our services with confidence and professionalism.
- Managing your sales pipeline and keeping CRM records up to date.
- Following up on leads and closing new business opportunities.
- Consistently achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales targets.
- Working closely with the sales team to continuously improve performance and results.
What We're Looking For
- Previous B2B sales, outbound sales, telesales, or business development experience is preferred.
- A strong sales mindset with the confidence to overcome objections and close deals.
- Excellent spoken and written English with outstanding communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Available to work standard UK business hours (Monday-Friday).
