We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and sales-driven Travel Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, building relationships, and crafting unique travel experiences that delight customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with retail clients through calls, meetings, and digital channels to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and expectations.
- Consult customers on international destinations, itineraries, visa requirements, travel seasons, and unique experiences.
- Design and present customized holiday packages tailored to individual client needs.
- Convert inquiries into bookings through effective sales presentations, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Negotiate with hotels, DMCs and travel partners to secure competitive pricing and value-added experiences.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and itineraries.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to booking confirmation and post-sale support.
- Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on international destinations, travel trends, visa regulations, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with operations and supplier teams to ensure flawless trip execution.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in B2C travel sales, holiday consulting, or international travel planning.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and converting leads into bookings.
- Strong knowledge of international destinations, travel products, and itinerary planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide personalized travel recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling luxury, premium, or customized international holidays.
- Existing knowledge of destinations
- Experience working with DMCs and global travel partners.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
